Financial Statements

You can view previously prepared statements in mKsiegowa online accounting program. You can prepare the financial statement configuration in the module General Ledger → Financial Statement Templates.

How to use statements

You will find statement reports in General Ledger Reports.

You can view Profit and loss statements (Rachunek zysków i strat) for selected time period compared with:

• Accumulated – what percentage of turnover has been reached in the current period in comparison with the turnover from the beginning of fiscal year up to the end of given period
• Period Y-1 – comparison of the current period turnover and the turnover of the corresponding period the previous year
• Previous Fiscal Year – comparison of turnover on accounts with previous year; it differs from Period Y-1 option if the duration of the previous turnover year is different from the current year
• Budget – comparison of the current year turnover and the budget

 

Balance statements (Bilans) are presented for the following dates:

• Starting date – the end date of previous fiscal year
• Ending date – the date in the form heading in the box As at.

Available statements

In the program standard configuration, there are statements prepared acc. to Accounting Act, depending on the unit type:

• for non-governmental organization:
  • Bilans Aktywa i Pasywa XML Org. Poza.
  • Rachunek zysków i strat XML Org. Poza.
• for micro-enterprise:
  • Bilans Aktywa i Pasywa XML Jedn. Mikro
  • Rachunek zysków i strat XML Jedn. Mikro
• for small unit and comparison method:
  • Bilans Aktywa i Pasywa XML Jedn. Mała
  • Rachunek zysków i strat XML Jedn. Mała (por)
• for other unit and comparison method:
  • Bilans Aktywa i Pasywa XML Jedn. Inna
  • Rachunek zysków i strat XML Jedn. Inna (por)

For calculation method, please, contact us in order to make templates available.

You need to set the unit type in Company Setup. Every available statement need to be adjusted by attaching proper accounts. In the program, the accounts from Chart of Accounts are attached and it might be necessary to check if all accounts are attached. To verify or modify statements, go to the function Financial Statement Templates.

You can modify other statements, which are on the basis of general ledger, in the Financial Statement Templates.

Finance Controlling

The necessity of making basic financial statements is due to the Accounting Act. The same procedure might be useful in current finance controlling of an organization.
