Configuration of scheduled reports

The mKsiegowa.pl accounting program allows to automatically send reports and financial statement to selected email addresses.

Which report can be sent automatically?

At present, the program (2.11.5 version and later) allows to automatically send previously prepared financial statements.

You can prepare additional statements and reports in the program by presenting selected accounts balances in separate rows. You can also calculate the sum and difference of balances form different accounts.

Configuration of report and statement sending

You can configure email report sending in the module Setup → Scheduled reports.

To configure a new schedule element, you need to fill in the form and click Add new at the bottom:

• Name – any name allowing to differentiate the position from others in the table
• Type – there are two statement types available in the program:
  • Balance Statement - statements can be configured on the basis of assets and liabilities type of accounts
  • Income Statements - statements can be configured on the basis of revenues and costs type of accounts
• Delay – which day after selected period the report is to be sent; you can configure report sending, e.g. 10^th day of the month
• Statement template – select one of the templates defined in the program

Testing

You can test a report sending by clicking on the icon .

After clicking on the icon, the program allows to confirm the email address and send the report to the specified address.
