Extended numbering of invoices

Following conversatins with our customers we've implemented and an extended numbering of sales invoices.
The program allows to setup several rules for generating numbers of documents:
- certain number of digits
- monthly and annual numbering
- separate numbering for program users
Examples:
- FS/01/MM/YYYY
- 01/YY
- FV-YYYY-MM-0001
- FVUU01MMYYYY
where UU stands for user number in the system.
Next version will also containg
