Secure Interface with the KSeF server is based on a special token or certificate generated in the individual KSeF account. See how to configure the interface. Note: cooperation with KSeF applies to selected subscription plans.
Authentication in the KSeF system
The mKsiegowa program allows authentication in the KSeF system using a KSeF token* or a certificate.
*According to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance, tokens will only be usable until the end of 2026.
Sending sales invoices to KSeF
A sales invoice or correction can be sent to KSeF immediately after being created in the program. Invoices can be sent individually or in batches.
Loading purchase documents from KSeF
Invoices prepared for us in the KSeF system can be imported and semi-automatically posted based on templates created in the mKsiegowa program.
