The new version of mKsiegowa.pl focuses on manufacturing and sales. There are also several improvements in all other modules.
The list of new features includes:
General:
- new item selector that makes it easier to search data throughout verious fields
- multiple units of measures can be used for sales invoices
- build-in verification of VAT number in VIES database; VAT numbers issued by any EU Member State can be verified
Manufacturing:
- manufacturing is now booked automatically via "work in progress" account
- multiple BOMs for 1 product can be stored in the system
- new tab was added to item database that allows adding BOMs
- BOM import from CSV file
- Work Orders can be edited until closed
- Work order date can be edited after closure (with assigned priviledges)
- time of machine and labour usage can be added to a BOM
- new manufacturing reports has been added
Sales module:
- Incoterms has been added on sales documents; default Incoterms value can be set for each customer
- sales documents can be classified for Intrastat declaration; each item can have CN code assigned
- shipping costs can be assigned to each sales invoice for reporting purposes
- price lists can be defined per customer & per product for each customer
- bank account number can be selected for sales invoice
- closed sales orders have been displayed in italics to make them more visible
- currency exchange rate was added on sales invoice print out
Accounting:
- new version of JPK file has been added; JPK version 3 is required since 1st January 2018
Purchasing module:
- dimensions can be defined per each line of a purchase invoice
- the program shows allocated payments during modification of a purchase invoice
