The catalogue of measurement units in the online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl allows you to enter any number of units of measure.
Where to enter the list of measurement units?
You can enter or change units of measure in the module Inventory → Units of measure.
After you enter the units of measure you want, you can:
- define a default measurement unit for each Category
- enter basic measurement unit for each item regardless of the default unit for a given category
- convert measurement units using Item Codes
- set the accuracy of counting and the printing of the quantity on the invoice in Display Setup
In the field Decimals you have the following settings:
- User Quantity Decimals - each user can set the calculation accuracy of measurement unit quantity in Display Setup
- a value from 0 to 6 can be set for all users of the program
Alternative measurement units
In the Units tab in the Items, you can define additional measurement units. If additional measurement units have been defined for an item, the selection list of these units appears when issuing a sales invoice in the appropriate field. The program converts the quantity in from the alternate measurement unit to the basic one.
