Preparation of XML financial statements
From October 2018, annual financial statements sent to the registration authority must be prepared in electronic form. The format of the prepared data is imposed by the Ministry of Finance. The reports are prepared in XML format in the structure specified by the Ministry of Finance.
System mKsiegowa.pl has the ability to prepare financial statements in the required format. The program contains:
- reporting templates for the entity with names:
- Bilans Pasywa i Aktywa XML Jedn. Mikro (Balance sheet)
- Rachunek zysków i strat XML Jedn. Mikro (P&L statement)
- functionality to prepare an XML file on the basis of the above-mentioned reports
Balance sheet
The minimum requirements for the balance sheet format for the micro unit have been prepared in the program and illustrated in the figure below:
At the bottom of the report, you should put all accounts that will be summed up in individual items. The method of adding accounts and summing them up in the report items has been described in the documentation as a menu item: Financial Statement Templates.
P&L statement
The minimum requirements for the format of the profit and loss account have been prepared in the program and illustrated in the figure below:
The assignment of the respective accounts is carried out in the same way as for the balance sheet.
