Terms of Use for the AI Assistant

• The AI Assistant available in mKsiegowa uses ChatGPT technology and other artificial intelligence models to answer users' questions.
• By using the AI Assistant, you consent to the transmission of your questions and any information necessary to generate a response to AI services provided by third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI).
• Do not include confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data in your queries unless such information is necessary to obtain a response.
• The AI Assistant's responses are provided for informational and assistance purposes only. The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the responses and for the way the information is used, particularly before recording accounting entries or making tax-related decisions.
• The AI Assistant provides assistance exclusively in the following areas:
  - financial accounting in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act,
  - accounting entry (journal posting) rules for business transactions,
  - the user's chart of accounts,
  - using the mKsiegowa software,
  - mKsiegowa software features,
  - mKsiegowa software configuration,
  - data import and export,
  - VAT, CIT, and PIT taxes only to the extent they affect accounting entries.
