In the mKsiegowa.pl online accounting program, there is an advanced configuration of printers. You can configure the list of available printers in Setup → Printers. After setting the printer list, you need to define printing profiles.
- Printer Name: - printer short name
- Printer Description: - longer description available to users (e.g. printer location and type - laser, inkjet, etc.).
- Host name or IP address: - the printer's IP number or server name. Use the 'localhost' name for the local computer. You can receive the print server name from the administrator of the local network.
- Port: - the port for the print service. Currently, the LPD protocol is supported and the typical port number for this service is 515.
- Print Queue: - the queue name is optional and can be obtained from your network administrator if you are using a network printer.
- Timeout: - The waiting time for a printer in seconds. The default value is 20.
