Preparation of the Financial Statement

The XML file in the mKsiegowa.pl program can be created based on a previously prepared financial statement.

Preparation of Financial Statements

Financial statements must be prepared in the XML format developed by the Ministry of Finance. The program includes pre-prepared statements based on the appendices to the Accounting Act.

The statements can be viewed in the Accounting tab -> Financial Statements

Before preparing the XML file, it is necessary to check whether the appropriate accounts have been “linked” to individual statement items so that the statement totals are correct.

To verify whether all accounts have been included in the statements, they can be compared with the screens available in Accounting-->Profit and Loss Statement, and in Accounting-->Trial Balance. If it is necessary to correct the statement, it can be supplemented with additional accounts using the Financial Statement Templates function.

Signing the Statement

The created XML file must be signed using a trusted profile or a qualified certificate. Signing documents using a trusted profile is described on the www.gov.pl website.

Sending the XML File

The file prepared in this way should be sent electronically via the eKRS service.

2. After entering the website, you must log in or register an account
