Online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl can be operated using most popular internet browsers. A user can run it on operating systems like Windows, Mac, or Linux.

Help
You have always a Help link available on top of the screen.
Use several browser tabs/windows
You can open the program in several tabs in your browser.
There are several rules when working in several tabs:
- you can't enter/edit the same type of document in more than 1 browser window
- if you change something in one browser tab you may need to refresh another browser tab to see changes
Slow internet connection
If your internet conneciton is slow AccountingInPoland program may respond after some time. The timeout is set to 10s.
When waiting for a server response your internet browser may show an icon on top of the screen.
After a timeout you may see something like this:
In this situation a refresh in the browser will help.
Waiting for reports to complete
Most reports and documents are prepared in pdf format. They are being processed in 2 steps:
- a document is being prepared on a server
- a document is transmitted to a browser and displayed in a separate window
During report preparation you may see an animated icon like below:
Display reports in your browser
Most reports are displayed as pdf files. There are some general configuration rules how your browser should be setup:
- allow Pop-up windows
- some browsers may need an add-on to be installed that displays pdf files
- after all you can install Adobe Reader, that can be downloaded from their website:http://get.adobe.com/reader
