Invoice templates
In the online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl you can issue different sales invoices:
Invoice printout configuration
Invoice printout configuration allows you to set basic parameters on the printout, in particular:
- Issuer's details (our invoice details) and logo
- Customer's details
- Invoice footer
Domestic invoice template
After issuing an invoice for a domestic customer in the PLN, the program will adjust the printout to the given settings.
You can use the following options:
- editable default description of the invoice items set in Items
- discount on each item
- configuration of decimal places for price and quantity in Display Setup
- additional description on the invoice
- configurable payment terms
- 4 lines of description under the invoice configured in Setup, the field Legal text on Invoice.

Prepayment invoice template
If you receive the payment earlier, you should issue a prepayment invoice. The invoice must also have a list of received prepayments.
Invoice template in currency
The invoice is issued in a foreign currency if a currency other than PLN is set in Customers.
An example of an invoice issued in EURO for a domestic customer:

The invoice is issued in a foreign currency if a currency other than PLN is set in Customers. Additionally, if the tax group belongs to the tax zone assigned to a non-EU tax zone, the program creates an invoice in the appropriate format.
