In the mKsiegowa.pl accounting program, you can search outstanding projects in the module Dimensions → Outstanding Dimension.
You can control the balance of every dimension in Outstanding Dimension. There are shown only the dimensions that haven’t been closed.
Click on the number of the dimension to see all the accountings related to this dimension.
Notes:
- The view involves only the accountings in the given date range; the date range can be obviously changed
- Only the accountings within the open GL transactions are shown
- The value in the column Balance can differ from the balance for the dimension. This is due to the fact that the balance counts all records related to the given dimension. While in accountings summary, there are only the transaction within the given date range. You can check if the balances are correct by comparing them within a wide date range, which includes all accountings of this dimension.
