In the module Sales of the online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl you can define Sales Persons in the system.
Sales Persons Parameters
On the screen, you can:
- edit the sales person parameters by clicking the icon
- cancel by clicking the icon
Add sales persons
To add a new supplier, complete the form and click Add new.
Assign sales people to customers
Salespeople can be assigned to each customer in the Customers.
Sales report by sales people
In the Customer and Sales Reports, there is a report Salesman Listing. The report is used to calculate commission for salespeople.
The settings work as follows:
- Salesman Listing contains a list of issued invoices assigned to each salesperson (according to the settings in the Customers)
- the commission value in a given period is calculated on the basis of the coefficient set in field Provision
- if the accumulated commission value for subsequent invoices exceeds the value entered in field Break Pt., then the factor in the field Provision 2 is included in the calculations
- the accumulated commission value is calculated for the period for which the Salesman Listing was created; changing the period in the printout parameters may change the calculated commissions
