My first invoice
You will issue your first invoice in the mKsiegowa.pl program in a few steps:
- configure information about your company
- check the forms setup
- enter the customer
- enter the names of goods or services into the Items
- configure e-invoice printout
- issue the invoice
Note:
- you can open our program in several browser windows and perform these actions in the same time
- while entering the invoice, you can add a customer by pressing the F2 key.
Next, you can perform other actions, including:
- view and print sales documents
- modify invoices
- issue adjustment to an invoice
- enter invoice payment
- settle payments for invoices
- send the invoice by email to the customer
- add a link to the payment service Paypal.com on the invoice printout
