  • at the bottom, there is an invoice description field

Some parameters can be changed on the sales invoice, in particular:

  • shipping company
  • payment terms
  • dimension

Additionally, on sales invoices in a currency, you can change the rate at which the invoice will be posted.

In line Sales Invoice Items, there are certain columns, among others:

  • item code and item description
  • quantity and delivered  (on invoice-related delivery note)
  •  unit

You can modify the invoice items by clicking the icon faktura elektroniczna on the right side.

Completing invoice modification

After you finish modifying the invoice, click efaktura or erachunek at the bottom of the screen.

Notes

  • The invoice can be edited only if it has not been issued to a previously created delivery note (function Invoice Against Sales Delivery).
  • The invoice cannot be edited if the journal transactions have been closed, which means that the invoice issue date cannot be earlier than the journal closing date. Same situation when Fiscal Year was closed.
  • As a result of invoice modification, the relevant accounting document is created from scratch according to the same rules as it is created when entering invoices and sales accounts
