Because the mKsiegowa.pl program allows you to define many inventory locations in the goods turnover, the program allows you to enter documents for goods transfer between locations.
In inventory management, many inventory locations are used in two basic cases:
- if there are "physical" inventory in multiple locations
- in order to facilitate resource management, "virtual" inventory locations units are also created (e.g. the goods that are the subject of the complaint are separated)
Configuration
Any number of inventory locations can be defined in the program.
In the program, you can define several types of inventory movements, which can facilitate inventory management. Common types are:
- adjustment
- inventory location transfer
For the program operation, it doesn't matter which kind or type is used and it is only additional information on the document.
Posting a document
The document isn't posted to the general ledger, as the inventory location transfer of the items doesn't change their total value.
Printing a document
You can print the document in the following places:
- after entering the document, there is a menu where you can see the option View this transfer. You can print the document there.
- Setup → View or Print Transactions - allows you to print previously entered documents.
