You can preview fixed asset item inquiry in the online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl in the module Fixed Assets → FA Item Inquiry.
The program presents the status of individual fixed assets registered in the program on the screen.
By checking the Hide disposed checkbox, you can filter out active items.
Fixed Asset status
The program includes the following statuses:
- Purchased - the fixed asset has been entered and now the program is waiting for entering the purchase invoice
- Active - the fixed asset has been entered into the records
- Disposed - fixed asset was disposed or sold
Preview data
The fixed asset table contains active links in individual columns to:
- Item - the preview of fixed asset parameters in the Items
- Purchase - preview of the goods received note of a fixed asset type of document into the records
- Liquidation or Sale - preview of a disposal or a sale
